As Chief Operations and Logistics Officer at TopOil, he leads the company’s national operational framework, ensuring the seamless performance of fueling stations, efficient supply chain coordination, and reliable logistics execution across all regions.

Eric oversees the day-to-day operations of TopOil’s fuel stations and retail network, ensuring consistent service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. He plays a key role in supervising fuel product logistics, including depot loading, transport scheduling, and nationwide distribution, to guarantee timely and cost-effective deliveries that match demand and maintain network uptime.

With strong oversight of stock management, Eric ensures accurate inventory tracking, real-time monitoring of fuel levels, and coordination between procurement and depot operations. His logistics leadership extends from supplier engagement through to last-mile delivery at stations, reinforcing efficiency, accountability, and financial control throughout the supply chain.

In addition to managing station infrastructure, new site construction, and renovations, Eric ensures that operational assets, such as equipment and fuel handling systems, remain in top condition. He champions safety, environmental compliance, and maintenance protocols across all operational sites.
