Felix Kyei-Mensah is the Chief Strategy Officer at TopOil, where he leads the development, alignment, and execution of corporate strategy across all business units. With over a decade of experience in finance and executive leadership, Felix plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term direction, driving market expansion, and ensuring strategic cohesion at the highest level.

In his role, Felix works closely with the executive team to coordinate strategic planning, prioritize investment opportunities, and align performance metrics with growth objectives. He provides oversight and due diligence for major capital projects and new station acquisitions, ensuring each initiative contributes to TopOil’s sustainable growth.

Felix also guides board-level reporting, policy development, and strategic resolutions, while championing collaboration across departments through the Management Committee (MANCO). His commitment to governance, innovation, and cross-functional synergy helps foster an agile and forward-thinking corporate environment.
